RETS2 MLS Payloads

The following payloads are in DRAFT status and have not been ratified by the RETS community.

ChangeRecords - An instance document of changes to a RETS Resource. It tracks changes to field names, old values and new values, and change date. It can also act as an audit of changes.

Events - An instance document describing an event, such as an Open House, Tour, or final walk-through, etc.

IDX - An instance document providing a flat view of elements used in IDX feeds

IDXExtended - An instance document providing a nested view of popular fields used in IDX feeds.

ListingHistories - removed.

ListingProperties - removed.

Listings - An instance document that includes the detailed dynamic sales information, and value-added content, as well as containing the Property and PublicRecord information for a Property during the sales process.

MarketShare - removed.

Media - An instance document holding the media items like photos or videoes, and descriptors such as byte size, URL and others.

Members - An instance document representing real estate professionals associated with the system.

Offices - An instance document containing Office information for one or more Offices.

OfficeRosters - removed.

Participants - An instance document that contains the Persons, Members and Teams and their roles in the sales process. 

Person - An instance document that contains elements describing a person. 

Properties - An instance document that contains elements belonging to the real property. It includes information about property and subproperty type, rooms, lot, building and parking.

PropertySummaries - removed

PublicRecords - An instance document that represents tax data available about a property. It includes tax valuation data, mortgage and sales history, and owner information.

Role - A contained representation of a Participant role.

Teams - An instance document that provides information about Teams of Members.
